About This Project

Photo #1: This man’s crawlspace came out of a horror movie! Water damage throughout, no vapor barrier, 100% humidity. It was just awful how this crawl space was left!

Photo #2: Can you even believe this? I ended up cutting a giant hole in this man’s office to expose the crawlspace and then wheelbarrow in 4 TONS of gravel. I covered the ground to the base of the concrete footer, which you can see in this picture. You can also see that there was no insulation in this space.

Photo #3: Here we have everything repaired, vapor barrier sealed and insulation placed along all 4 walls.
