House & Bathroom Upgrades for better market price

Photo #1: Do you ever wonder what it looks like behind your shower faucet, well here you go. As you can see, the old faucet was cut out and a new one soldered in.

Photo #2: Here is another pattern. This couple wanted upgrades done in their home in order to get a better price on the market, so they hired me. Notice the metal frame that incases the tile. You can see on the upper left that I havent cut the excess off yet. The metal trim gives a very elegant look.
